Controls
CDI Contracting Inc. Controls and Integration can automate multiple brands of Equipment, Lighting, Security systems, Fire Alarm and Network infrastructure into one seamless system utilizing the framework, skills and input from our various partners. This centralized information can be accessed via intuitive Web pages, that provide live monitoring, scheduling, critical alarms, historical data, and energy management dashboards.
Special Projects
Our Special Projects Division is made up of many talented trades including Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Civil and Concrete. In addition, we also offer Fabrication in our Welding shop.

Life Safety/Backup Generators
We have implemented various Diesel and Natural gas systems from small 20kW units for rural water treatment facilities to dual and triple 500kW units in parallel with multiple Automatic transfer switches c/w controls for various Businesses, Data Centers and Hospitals. We have also completed a 1.0mW Co-Generation system.
